The program can be set up to track either points or visits which allows merchants the flexibility to control what best fits their business. Points/visits can be redeemed by the customer after a certain threshhold that you can define. The reward for points or visits is controlled by you.
Loyalty Programs can be set up several ways. Use cards, windshield stickers, or RFID technology to track your customers.
- Customers will register for your Loyalty Program, and receive a card, sticker, or RFID tag.
- You will assign points on services or visits that can be redeemed later.
- When customers return they will simply scan their card, have their sticker scanned, or have points automatically rewarded via RFID tag.
- Based on what kind of services or goods they have purchased, or how many visits they have accumulated, they will earn points to their account.
- The points can then be redeemed for discounts, free services or cash.
- You control the redemption threshhold, point values, and tracking method. It is totally up to you!
- If you choose not to use cards, stickers, or RFID tags, customers can also be tracked by license plate or VIN numbers.
